Continental Delicatessen specializes in carrying imported foods from Poland and Eastern Europe, including smoked cold cuts, sausages, hams and cheese.

Story

Continental Delicatessen was the first Polish-European style delicatessen in the Ottawa area when it was established in 1955. To this day we continue the European tradition by offering naturally smoked cold cuts, sausages and hams. We also feature a number of different freshly cooked foods: cabbage rolls, pierogies, soups and stews such as borscht and tripe soup, not to mention our famous goulash. Step in at lunch for a sandwich made to your liking: pick a kind from our menu or customize your very own! Choose from our large selection of fresh-baked goods, including pies, loafs, cookies and cheesecake. We also carry a wide variety of cheeses, hams, teas, juices, jams and specialty honeys.

Continental Delicatessen carries imported foods from Poland, Germany and Croatia; we also sell a variety of European delicacies both fresh and imported from their neighboring countries.
