Second Cup

Do you like being laughed at when Staff tell you they have never heard of their own Rewards Card ? And you are trying to get your reward card stamped. They would not call their own manager to ask for help. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money at this Second Cup Pink Berry Location. Horrible treatment!

I'm a bit surprised by some of the reviews for this place. I always get vanilla bean hot chocolates and it's always made well and in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with the staff either but my visits are always during their slower off-peak times.

The Owners are cheap as hell. Apparently you can't do one bag in/one bag out for Tea (even though you pay for the extra tea bag). Also they charge extra for hot water. Cheap as hell. Also to echo one of the comments below, that older Filipino lady was Rude as Hell (is she only friendly to White Male customers? Who knows). Stay away from this Second Cup

Milk was weird tasting they poured out my coffee and used the same cup (cheap). I asked for a fresh cup of coffee, it was watery, probably using less coffee beans to brew a pot. You need to understand your competition is amplified and there are coffee shops on every block, do it right or don't do it!

Drink was good. Paid $6.30 for a drink and they are not allowed to give an extra cup apparently. Lol
