I had ordered a breakfast sandwich which was subpar at best. The sandwich looked like it had been just propped into the microwave for a bit and served as is, it didn't taste warm or fresh. Also not a friendly atmosphere. I was there to have a meeting over breakfast and do some work. None of the outlets at the booths were working (I spoke to 2 different people who said they had used the outlets the day before and must be turned off by staff). When I asked the staff regarding the non functional outlets, the seemed very uninterested to help me out and curtly informed me only 2 outlets work in the entire restaurant (which were occupied). I did notice I was not the only one scurrying around to find a outlet, other guests also spoke to me regarding sharing outlets which I was happy to do. The staff also watches you constantly and it's is very uncomfortable and a little creepy. Overall would not recommend

The service was very good. I had a smoked meat sandwich which also was very good. So good the manager stated if I didn't like the sandwich, she would make me a new one. Now that is standing behind your food and reputation. Five stars and will return.

Always enjoy going here. Quiet and well-kept. Food and beverages are great as well. Prices are reasonable compared to other "cafe-style" shops.

I went to this place for the last time in my life today. The way the owners treat customers is absolutely disgusting and patronizing. Never have I experienced and witnessed owners treating their guests without respect or basic human decency like I have here. The owners (they look like sisters) go up to people sitting down drinking their coffee/drink and ask them if they can get them anything to drink and they ask in a tone that implies "are you just going to sit here and not spend more money?". I saw one owner walk up to two young females studying and having their coffees and say to them "this isnt a library, you cant have your things like this" and then walked back over to the customer/man she was talking to and was complaining out loud to him and scoffing "this isnt a library". Get with the times, students go to coffee shops to study - this is nothing new. It can be a more comfortable place than a library for people to get some work done and bring you business at the same time. If NO students went at all to do work there, this place would be empty and a dead coffee shop is not appealing to anyone. I had the one owner come up to as I was drinking my coffee and getting work done and lean in very close to me and tell me that outside food wasn't allowed in there for health and safety reasons and I was so confused because I had been eating a cookie I bought THERE and drinking the coffee I ALSO bought THERE. I saw her look over at my bag beside me and I realized she was talking about my empty lunch container from earlier in the day which I hadn't touched since I had been there. When I told her I wasn't eating it or even touching it, she put her hand on my shoulder and said "oh okay I was just letting you know". I felt so weird that she was looking at whats in my bag from far, felt like I was being watched. I also always see her asking students to gather all their belongings and get up and move to a different table so she can seat other customers (buying more food/drinks) more comfortably. On another note, the outlets attached to the booths there are NEVER working and Ive been going there regularly for at least the past year and I'm convinced that this is to minimize the number of students. If you're going to treat people this way then put up a sign saying there is a maximum sitting time during peak hours or something so people can go elsewhere and study in a more respectful atmosphere where they aren't treated like garbage. I vow to never go here again and it sucks to see these owners diminish the brand value of Coffee Culture.
