Second Cup

Will not be coming back to Second Cup. I ordered a small cappuccino and the cup was less that half full of the drink and mostly foam. When I took it back, I was given more milk - I didn't order a latte, I ordered a cappuccino and the drink should have been remade properly but the staff were extremely dismissive. I can spend my money in other coffee shops that show more value to their customers.

Great cozy spot for a coffee or tea. Staff are friendly. Could add a few more tables and chairs to accommodate more people interested in sitting in. Very nice location. By the way the reviewer who said her cappuchino was half full. Customers need to say either 10 per cent foam, quarter foam or just regular. Cappuchinos always are served with foam. Lattes can be served with no foam by just asking the barista. Cheers.

i dont usually need the bathroom tok much but when you need it, the toilet paper dispenser doesnt have a back up roll

This is a great place to visit! Fantastic location, year round! Great coffee & tea selection and friendly staff.

overpriced cakes..better coffee than in tim's.... lattes are great...
