Friend of my friend hosting his business celebrated at this restaurant. Sadly, only few options for vegetarians but the guy didn't care because he is so in love with this place. Service is good, food is great, seafood lover will love this place! Bar area look nice, interesting decoration.
Came for lunch looking for grilled lobster and we found more than a place to eat. Excellent lobster, good mussels, great fries delicious veggies. Nice wine selection. Relaxed atmosphere and chilled music selection. And many thanks to Nadine who was so patient with all questions and a great host. Highly recommended when in Montreal for lunch or dinner.
Nice ambience, friendly staff, appetizing menu, and tasty food. However, portions were very small, i left the table while i was still hungry. It was considered very expensive for the portion size, and quality. If you like seafood and want to go out with friends, have a drink, and just eat some appetizers, its the place to go. Just order more food to get full
We had a lovely and delicious dinner Iin this restaurant. Advance reservation is recomended. Service was excellent. Thank you Steven. We have tried salmon Tartare, and crab cake . The risotto lobster was really good , as well as the seafood salad and the salmon it comes with carrot puree not mango as mentionedin the menu. The dessert was really good carrot cake mixed with caramel and a touch of cheese cake. Beer was Blanche chambly with a zest of orange. All was perfect. Thank you.
This place was simply Meh. We were super excited to check this place out considering its location and presentation from the outside. But the food was super over priced and tasteless and the portion size was tiny. The service was decent to be honest . The staff were nice and energetic but the experience of filling our hungry stomach wasn’t satisfying. Not recommending this place while you are at montreal . Plenty of other amazing places to explore
Delicious! Had a lovely time, the owner was very kind and caring with us and really took his time for any question we had. The food was really good and fresh, the plates were at the same time simple and complex - simple foods with complex flavours and additions. All the entrees were really really yummy and all the plates as well. If you love a challenge order the lobster macaroni ;
The place is well decorated, even in the bathroom. The host at the desk did a warm welcome and find some place at the bar in the meantime my table was prepared. The waiter dedicated for us, Francis, was really nice and did a wonderful job this weekend! He recommand us The MTLalatable menu which was delicious mostly with the wines along. A big thank you for this experience! Next time I would try the lobster dishes. I recommand this place! :
Went here with my brother and we had the salmon tartare, crab cakes and calamari as appetizers. All very good. The crab cakes could have been a little more flavourful but good nonetheless. We had the grilled octopus as the main course which was pretty spectacular. We did go on a Wednesday night around 6 and it wasn’t very busy. The service was great.
We had a delicious meal at Sea Salt Restaurant. Lisa is an amazing server. She went above and beyond in serving us!!! The oysters and the sauce were fresh and delicious. All together a great experience.
Food was delicious. The wait staff was somewhat inattentive, though the girl bussing was very sweet and engaging. The mussels and fries were delicious and the portion was great. The oysters were good quality. The location can't be beat. Unfortunately it was about 8000 degrees inside the restaurant, we were all soaked with sweat by the time our meal was done.
