Great service and decadent dinning. The grilled octopus was our favorite dish. Desserts are also amazing.
Loved the experience the service is absolutely perfect! They kept a smile on their faces despite the fact that we were a large group 40! They did everything in their power to accommodate us and the celebration was a success thanks to their professionalism! A-1!! Definitely recommend specially for date nights!
Came from Mississuaga, made a last minute reservation via opentable, since the menu looks pretty good. Sat down, they only serve their New Years Eve menu which was not mentioned on their website/opentable. It was $125 for 3 course meal: Course 1: Lobster bisque, salad or 3 oyster rockefeller. Course 2: 3 maki sushi. Course 3: Fish sole/Filet mignon. First course, the lobster bisque was surprisingly good, the oysters had too much going on cannot taste the oyster at all. Second course, the maki was not balanced at all. The crab one just tasted like smoked salmon, and the shrimp doenst even taste like shrimp. Was way too big to be a one biter, which maki was meant for. Third course, what we expect was an actual Filet mignon or a piece of fish with skin pan fried. But guess what, it turnt out to be like Ikea/cafeteria food. We are pretty sure those are not filet mignon, as it is very grainy, it is more like a flat iron cut/super lean cut. We did also order it as medium well, but as you can tell from the picture... it is not. And the fish... If i just goto walmart and buy the frozen fish and pan fried it, it will be the same. Also a common theme in the restaurant, all the food was not warm/hot. At most room temperature, some food like the carrot or the fish was on the colder side. We also got a cocktail, the taste is not bad, but for $20. Not worth. $300 for 2 people and we dont even walk out half full Please remember they dont offer any additional add on other than the seafood platter, another $150 extra for 1 dozen oyster/2 lobseter tail/4 shrimps. We are both foodies, and we regularly spend over $200 per person/meal every weekend. This has to be the worst that we ever had. Having aggressive prices is fine, but please back it up with the food quality. **Edit: The "steak" was probably 3 - 5 oz at most, and we have had A5 Japanese Wagyu beef 3 oz for $100 in toronto. Lets say your lobster bisque was $20. Does this 3 course meal worth $125? Also during the maki course, they gave us wooden chopstick the cheap ones, where there are a lot of fine wooden pieces.
A bit overpriced for the food quality that was just ok. Sushi rolls were fresh and tasty however the surf and turf was so so. Filet mignon meat was rough and lobster tail not so tender either. They do not offer a list of cocktails but you can request any drink and they will prepare it for you. Drinks were great. Service was ok, we felt like they were trying to hard and wasn't natural.
YOU HAVE TO COME HERE! Amazing food & staff. I came for my birthday with 3 other friends and we had the best time. Our waiter Rafael was the best! The staff made it extra special. I never write reviews but I just had to for this place because it is probably the best restaurant experience we ever had. If you like sea food & fun music this is really the place. Worth the price too. A million stars if I could. 100% coming back here again soon!
Ambiance is great Cocktails and Wine suggestions were fantastic thanks to Vincenzo for the awesome recommendations Food was okay; Tomahawk was supposed to be Medium but came out rare, octopus portion was extremely underwhelming but seafood tower was great Overall a decent experience but definitely a good vibe on Grand Prix Weekend
Really wanted to try this place after seeing it from across the street. Got our reservation for the terrace space outside. Good vibes. The place was busy with line ups and limo style cars dropping off more customers. Everyone who dines there is very well dressed, high class clientele. Dress to impress if you want to come. Most importantly, the food, very tasty and well presented, just a more pricey place, so go there to impress someone, or celebrate a special occasion. Service can improve, paying more attention to orders, and being more diligent with everything. Busy nights can be stressful, but this remains a strong point to work at. Food: Price: $$$ definitely high end, the portions are less than other places Service: Can definitely improve, maybe adding more staff to handle rush periods, be careful with orders. Ambiance/Vibes: Location:
The food is amazing, but part of the price is justified by the environment, so make sure you get a place inside.
Amazing food and atmosphere - the best maki we have ever had but the service was disappointing. The table next to us and our table felt ignored. We would go back for the food only because it was that good.
Hipster wannabe hangout. My wife and I walked by on a Sunday night and it was busy. Thought, ok, let’s try this out. Pictured is $17 glasses of red wine. Judge for yourself, and pass this joint.
