Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Associate who answered my call informed me that an item I had ordered was still not in after over a month. He refused to look into why it had not been delivered. Gave me a phone number told me to call them and hung up on me. I did call the "shop my way" number given to me. Spoke to no less than four agents, none of which had understandable accents, all of which had staticy crackly headsets, all of which asked a question and then cut me off before I can completely answer their question. not one of them would look into why my item had not been delivered to the store, all they wanted to do was start an account to file a complaint with the store manager. I have called the Sears Oakland Mall store 9 times entering any possible Department, just trying to get a live person on the phone. Every line / Department I've tried goes to voicemail. No wonder Sears is doing so badly that it is probably going out of business.

Need some staff that can handle simple people skills spent 35 mins in the store & witnessed 5 employees activly arguing with customers. Needless to say I avoided the urge to ask anyone for help. I go here once a year to buy work boots and unfortunately these are the things I run into so it makes me wonder what the other 364 days have to offer. I wish you all Pleasant shopping and Hope you don't have to run into these situations good luck

Scheduled appointment to repair a tenant’s stove. Took half day off work and spent four hours in my truck in the tenants driveway. No call after four hours. Tech called 30 minutes after 4 hour window to say they’d be there in another 30 minutes. This did not work. Called Sears to book another appointment. They offered another four hour window in 11 days and a 20% off coupon.

Terrible service never recommend going. I saw a customer getting an attitude from a sales associate. Also the lines are terribly long with only one person working at checkout. Do not recommend
