Wow what a great company.My new carpet looks wonderful.Cant even tell there is a seam in my large room.Sales person was great.Everything was done on time .AAA+

This review is long overdue. First, we were doing a renovation to our new house, and to show how great customer service is, we changed our install date too many times to count. It was never a problem. The day of the install the team showed up when they said they would, I even got a phone call when they were 45 minutes out. Everyone was polite and they said if we had errands to run we didn't have to be present. They also gave us a call when they would be done in 45 minutes so we could get back. They finished in a great time, and everything was perfect. Ron (I believe was his name) was very nice and made sure we were happy with everything. The Carpet Guys beat the price of competitors, had a great team, and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased!

We had an excellent experience with the Carpet Guys. Upon having to evict some tenants from our condo, we were upset to find that they had destroyed the carpet from wall to wall with stains that were unable to be removed by professionals. So, we called the Carpet Guys. Our salesperson, Maz, arrived on schedule on a Saturday morning, the day after a snow storm. He brought samples and we were able to pick one out in the trendy color we were looking for. He worked with us on price and our material and installation price was much lower than pricing for a lesser grade carpet from Home Depot. The installation crew was just as good. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and were in and out in no time. The carpet looked beautiful and it was a relief to have it cleaned up. We would highly recommend this company. It is also nice to use a local company vs. big box and have such a great experience. We will definitely call them the next time we are in the carpet market.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Getting an appointment was easy and they were very accommodating. My sales guy Jamie measured my house in record time and listened to all my family's needs to give me the best recommendations. We received better carpet and pad than the other 4 people we had quote and for considerably less money. We had carpet installed next day! Next freaking day! Amazing. No mess left at all and even received a hand written note the next day. World Class experience all around. I wish I could have this type of experience with every contractor!

What a wonderful experience. Our sales guy Jeff Pascal was fantastic to work with and was not pushy at all. He was very accommodating and professional. Our installers (Can't remember their names at the moment , sorry) who did just our first and second floors were fantastic and so polite. I appreciate their kind manners and the care they took moving our personal items out to place down the new carpet. They even took the time to explain to me some of our previous issues with our prior carpet. They took all of our old carpet out to the curb for us and bundled it up nicely so the trash collector can take out. They are still coming back out to replace our basement carpet and lay down vinyl floor for our bar area. Look forward to seeing the same quality as we have already experienced. Thanks all and keep up the great work.
