Macy's

I love getting my hair done at Macy's. The lady Barbara who does my hair is so good. My hair was so damaged. When I walked out it looked healthy and bouncy. Barbara is a sweet girl and she really pride herself on doing a good job. If your looking for a hair stylist, check her out. The whole staff is nice. I would highly recommend this place.

I came into Macy's Sunday to buy a new wedding band for my husband. I searched for them had to ask the one lady said very rudely over there throwing her hand in the direction. I looked and saw several I liked and wanted to see. The 2 people behind the counter were busy with other people so I waited and waited I was getting overheated so I sat down right in front of the wedding bands and waited some more. After about 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me said anything I got up and said well you all just lost a sale. Walked out went down to Kay jewelers where I was acknowledged the second I walked in the door even though the workers were with others. I made a $500.00 purchase and left in all of 15-20 minutes. I think you should consider customer service training to you jewelery sales people especially in bridal sets.

The sales lady helped me and was able to locate my product. She knows how to make Magic at Macy's. And I got a 30% Discount Too! I love Macy's.

There's a lady named Tiffany who works on the third floor an amazing beautiful person who was so helpful to me even though she was busy she's an amazing asset to your store thank you Tiffany for all your kind words and your great help God bless you happy holidays

Darryalyn downstairs and Dana upstairs, in women's clothing, made this visit pure MAGIC!!! There was only ONE of the dress I wanted in my size in the whole store, but those ladies searched individually and with me, for a very long time, until finally Darralyn found the dress! That type of customer service rarely happens anywhere anymore. Both ladies performed their jobs with exellence, dedication, and most importantly, a smile on their faces and in their actions! Thanks Ladies! I will be a repeat customer!
