Purchased mattresses with a 10yr warranty, and the springs are starting to pop up in several spots . When I called and spoke with rep(GGUEVA2) She told me because there was a small stain they will not replace mattress. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I was transferred to Sears Escalation Department in Belleville, Penny. Penny was very condescending on phone and said no there is nothing that can be done. When I asked Penny if there was someone else I could speak to she said NO. I also asked Penny for her last name or ID number which she refused to give. I then asked Penny for an email address or phone number where I can bring my complaint forward. Penny also refused to provide me with this information!!! If you ever get transferred to Escalation Department and get Penny I suggest you ask for another person. Penny was unapologetic and snitty in her tone. Very disappointed as myself and my family members have been long standing customers with Sears....rethinking that now after such a deflating experience. Be Aware
