Quinte First Credit Union

When calling the bank, it is very hard to get a live person on the phone to talk to. Good bank, but need better phone services. Receptionists or bank tellers need to answer the phones for one on one service. Less answering machine use needed, as this is very irritating!

Quinte first has been one of the best banks I have dealt with, they have helped me out more then I can ever imagine. The staff has been A1. They really do try their best to accommodate your needs and work with you.

Almost impossible to get someone to answer a phone there or return a message. Service used to be amazing but has gone down hill significantly.

There mobile banking app always crashes and online keeps going down. I am leaving this bank as last few years has service and quality has steadily declined. Been with this bank almost 2 decades but no more

Worst service ever, I've all ready switched banks but my husband is unable to get in to do this yet. He is an essential truck driver that has to cross border and they won't even allow him in to do his banking. Receptionist was very rude with him in the beginning of this pandemic yelling at him telling g him he wasn't allowed in. Have been waiting here now for an hour for someone to come out to serve him. Total BS

since being taken over by quinte first this bank has become HORRIBLE all the good staff are gone , in the place of them are a bunch of rude people who want nothing more then to take your money in any way possible. i used bayshore credit union for 10 years and had an amazing experience every single time , but now i despise even having to go in that place. id give 0 stars if i could. closed my account , and will NEVER ever return to that border line criminal bank.

The red headed teller young and a lack of experience in customer relations. Very uncaring that I couldn't deposit a large check through the bank machine, no advice or information on what to do being she coukd not even deposit the check into my husbands account. All this thing could do is stand there with a smile even when I told her I had enough on my plate that my husband was sick my mother was dying & my dog was dying, and when I "thanked" her for all her helped walked away she continued staring.....I turned when I got close to the door she was still smiling & staring. She was very rude the first rude person I've come across in Belleville since we moved here over two weeks ago. I was so upset with tears that a person who is supposed to be a professional acted horribly to not just a customer but a person. We will never be back...of course!

Always great service. They recognize me and greet me each time I go in.

Been with them for well over 15 years. Always helpful.
