I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager of the location, I believe his name as Joe. He let me know that my credit was why I could not get a loan on that day but even though he wasn’t getting any business from me he still took the time to go over my credit report and walked me through all the confusing numbers on the paper. I feel like I now know how to improve my credit so I can come back and get a loan in the future.

Great costumer service and very quick to get back in touch

I have tried twice in two years to try and get a loan. My credit score is in the very good range and I am on pension. Because I am on pension, they don't and won't let me get a loan. The put the minimum amount of income above what a single person gets on pension so they can't get a loan. Why would I bother working hard to build my credit only have all loans turned down because I am "poor"?

The man who called me from the office made me break down in tears on the phone and threatened to take me to court to collect. They gave me money back, money I had no clue was for what I owed, and spent it on christmas presents. Now I'm being threatened with court. I'm broke and have NOTHING until the end of January, and you people know this, so the fact I'm being harassed to this point is unneeded and cruel... Once this is paid off, I am done with this company forever and I will warn others in town to stay away too. Maybe lending to people like me who are on disability isn't a good idea... Lend to people with jobs who CAN afford it...
