you call me every day and its the wrong number. i have contacted you and asked you to stop. i have blocked your number yet you keep calling on different numbers looking for some paul guy. stop calling me it has been 4 years i have been getting calls for him from you or shaw.
Agents that make a settlement offer and take payment but dont status your account properly so you still receive dialer calls until you get an agent that can do their job properly and send out your settlement letter.
This is a debt collector and their number shows up as Royal Bank who I bank with. I will be reporting this company.
You have better chance at winning the lottery than getting a representative who speaks proper English
