Stay clear of BDC… they are definitely not about helping new startups. Absolutely the worst closing fees from any bank. Look at their small print before signing anything. Zero conscience at any level. Worst experience discharging their matured mortgage with a huge $40k discharge fee. Only BDC has this written into their contract. Sneaky and totally unethical.
Terrible!! Run around for nothing. Look somewhere else for assistance!
