Sears Department Store

Oct 22 2017- Day 3 of liquidation sales breaks my heart. I'm a loyal Sears customer, many years of great memories from a VERY well run store. From the portrait studio, to furniture, to electronics and appliances. We live in such an unpredictable era, and it is unsettling. I NEVER had an issue at any Sears I have been to all over the US and Canada. I have a picture to share with you all.......look how disrespected the store is during the liquidation sales. It honest to God breaks my heart, and left me stunned and lost for words. I even walked up to an employee ( who appeared just stunned and in shock while working) and asked her how long has she worked there for, she replies "10 years" , I told her I shared her sorrow for the closing of the store, she nearly teared up and appreciated my support. We both looked around at the carnage from the "sale". A sad day indeed. I'm crushed. Sears thank you for the best customer service I have ever experienced. Wishing all the employees the most positive vibe during this very very hard to imagine time. Stay strong.

My Mom, my Grandma & I used to come here so often to shop & we would eat lunch here always very good food here.

Sally in the suit area is certainly the best staff! She helped me choose wonderful shirts here!

If you want a dark, dreary, depressing shopping experience coupled with poor selection, careless displays and rude, unhelpful employees, this is the place to come. If you think the Bay at Metrotown will be better, it's not. Sadly, the best shopping experiences nowadays are found online where selection is great, prices clear, shipping is usually free or nominal and best of all.....you don't have deal with a disinterested, unhelpful employee (that is if you can even find one because they tend to hide when they see a customer coming in their direction. Department store shopping used to be a great experience, now its the worst.

Quiet store, short line up - which I prefer. There's always some sort of sales going on. Great prices on kids clothes and house ware. I think this location can use some better lighting in the kids dept. I also been shopping online at sears.ca and use the "ship to store" option for free shipping. Their online prices are amazing ! ie. Betsey Johnson's lace dress for $19.99 !!!! Their customer service are straight forward and the few times I asked for assistance they have been very nice.
