Me and my husband bought a really nice duvet and two pillows here, I am very pleased with the price for the quality of the product, which is something you can’t easily find. Mandy assisted us with finding what we wanted and delivered exceptional customer service, with a beautiful smile. I will definitely be back to buy other things I will need in the future.
I'm very happy to shopping QE in Metrotown. I’d already done my homework and expected to have my many questions answered transparently and efficiently. Ellie was most courteous and thorough, making me aware of details on particular features and styles of bedding and accessories. Her responses were concise and convincing! From beginning to end, she gave me confidence that I had the best value and will be completely satisfied with the service. After I left the store, every step was promptly followed up by Ellie to ensure nothing was missed. Coming to this QE location turned out to be the wisest decision for product and price. Good experience, I went there to buy duvet and had no idea what to look for. I met a wonderful person named crystal she walked past me checked in and offered help, was so nice and also knowledgeable! Big thumbs up! Cannot compliment her work enough :
The sales lady who worked on Jan 6th afternoon around 5:15-6:00pm, she is the worst sales in the world, she is so mean and rude, not help customers at all , her attitude acts like do not bother me . She refuses helping ,only says "No!" when you ask her questions, very bad service! We strongly recommend the company should fire her! We will not going back shopping QE anymore if she was still working there ! She is working at QE store in Metro town Burnaby BC

I would give 0 star for the person who “ helped “ me today ! She’s the meanest person on earth. Absolutely the worst sales lady
Great shopping experience at the Metrotown location. Prices are always good with a wide selection of products. Staff is helpful when called upon and seemed knowledgeable in the products which is reassuring and made me feel confident in the product I picked. Will be coming back for more home products in the future!
Feb 9/21, 10am, i stopped by the Metrotown location looking for bedding. Friendly greeting as I walked in, i browsed a bit, the sales associate Ellie was very helpful, she was a delight! She showed me all the bamboo duvet covers, sheet sets and duvet to choose from there are alot to choose from. There was no pressure sales at all, she helped another customer and came back to answer my questions. I picked out my bedding, they even tell you how to care for your duvet/ duvet cover. It was very easy shopping. Very good service, friendly staff. Ive always loved the bamboo / tencel sheets here.
Was there last week and got excellent service. A bit pricy, but you gotta pay up if y’a want some quality, you feel me? Big shoutout to Mandy, great service, patient and pretty!
I bought my Milly bamboo pillowcase well as bamboo travel neck pillow. One of the better pillows to sleep with. We come here to buy bedding. We purchased our quilts and pillows from them as well. An alternative to Sleep Country and Amazon with the variety.
