I have a 960 sqft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo needs new floors, first place ever in my life so I’ve never dealt with reno people before, but I got much stronger for sure after my experience in Jordan’s 1.They sold me crappy Chinese laminate floor with a high quality Germany laminate floor price 2.I sent them request June 19 to schedule installation time but it took them 10 days to schedule a time for me as July 7 for my vinyl and July 10 for laminate 3.First Workman they sent for Vinyl took my brandnew measuring tape and left his super old and dirty one and claiming that he took it by accident cuz hes claiming he thought that was his but it could be true who knows and it’s hard to believe why people would steal a cheap measuring tape. But after like 10 days all vinyl sheets are done in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, air bubbles are showing up all over my floor, I have already moved in and have all new appliances and furniture in, you tell me what should I do 4.the laminate guy they sent me for sure made a mess. He lies to me all the time, told me he will be at my place at 8 so I woke up early to wait for him but he didn’t come and keep me waiting for one and half hrs then told me he’s in a traffic jam and I had to take time off work, then he told me my floor needs to be leveled and will cost 1500-2500$ and I need to pay him cash, and he keeps lying to me about his work progress and time he spent in my place, so basically everyday he spent only around 3 hrs at my place and he’s gone and he has different excuses everyday for why he’s not there, so my floor got delayed again and again, but I paid him 1700 for leveling in cash anyways, and I asked him about baseboard and he said he can do it but same thing still need to pay him cash, I finally decided not to do because I have some misc things to do as well so I found another guy, and after I told him that, he wasn’t very happy and he admitted later on in his text that he delayed his progress because I didn’t let him do the baseboards, so my baseboard guy couldn’t come as the scheduled time and I have to find somebody else again, you don’t know how frustrated I was when I was dealing with him, and you don’t now how upset I was when I saw such ugly side of a human. And he didn’t do a good job overall he didn’t finish what he promised to do. Also when he cut wood on my balcony, he didn’t do any thing to prevent my stuff on the balcony covered at all, so after he’s gone I spent like 6 hrs to clean all my stuff on my balcony It was truly a nightmare and also after all when I walk in my kitchen and bathrooms on the air bubbles I truly regretted that I hired Jordan’s

Really great bargains for good flooring products. This is now my go to place.
