I went into Emerg last night too be checked out after experiencing symptoms after starting a new medication that the prescription information slip indicated to seek immediate medical attention if you experienced. I was extremely disappointed and angry about the care I received from the on call nurse when I walked in. When I explained my condition she laughed in my face. She treated me like I was crazy and continually asked me why I was "so upset". I went to emerg to receive compassionate care and was instead treated like I was out of my mind. This nurse had no manners and did not even ask me why I started this new medication, she had only taken my blood pressure and mocked me. This is not how a nurse, especially in emerg with already upset patients should be acting. If I can avoid it, I will never go back to this hospital again. The doctor was very helpful however but the initial immediate care was extremely off putting.

I hate Dr. Rooyakkers he doesn't listen to patients, especially if its about the women's monthly period. I have complained to him about issues over the last 3 to 4 years and have had to switch to a nurse practitioner and she finally got me in to see specialists for the issues I came out to Dr. Rooyakkers for.
Totally different, my experience in the waiting room is very poor. I would have an appointment at 11 am and I would still be in the waiting room until 11:30-12. I do not like waiting, I set up an appointment, I expect to be taken in around that time.
