Scruffy Murphy's

Went in there last Saturday afternoon and sat down. Asked what beers they served and was told to get up and walk along the bar and look at what was on tap. As a woman I found this very disturbing. What is this a cafeteria? Laziest bartender ever. And there were only about 6 other patrons in the place. This bartender is obviously not trying to win new customers with that type of reception. I left after 10 minutes. Definitely not worth it.

Great local Irish pub. They have daily specials that include both food and drink. They also have live karaoke on Wednesday! Food is pretty decent, nice portions. Staff is friendly, they have a patio and bar games like darts, pool and a couple of video games.

I was in the area (around 1pm) and felt like having Fish N Chips. Thinking an Irish pub should make it at least half decent, I decided to try it out. Wasn't busy (only about 4 people), I figured to be served right away. Waited about 10 min to be greeted by server. Food comes, fish was left in the fryer too long was overcooked and almost burnt. Fish itself was too dry from being overcooked. Fries were stale and seemed like it was microwaved. Didn't complain, just knew I wasn't going back there again

Once my local watering hole when I worked close by at Sherway Gardens. This is a great spot to grab a pint with your friends, they have some solid pub grub and are open late every night. It can get busy very quickly on a random night (because not everywhere is open late early in the week) so be patient with your service staff. It's not fair to complain when they have 50 people in the bar and only 2 staff because it's 12am on a Monday night, use common sense people and be polite. Anyway, if you are looking for a drink or even some Karaoke this is the place to go in Etobicoke.

Had to get my own menu and go to bar to pay my bill. No staff in between to refill my beer or ask of food was right. If it were dirt cheap I'd abide, but voting 2 stars because the kitchen was on point.
