New interior design gives it a completely different feel from back in the day. Huge draft service at a funky wood and neon bar. Improvement on the food, way better quality than Boston pizza or others of that elk....

Service is lacking in this location. Read other low end reviews. Common themes about speed of service but mostly the wait staff lack of ability to deal with any problems really. We went and i ordered their chicken burger (deep fried) and i stated no tomato. It came with one on. So i tell her that it has tomato on it AND NOT TO TAKE IT OFF. O am allergic and just taking it off will make me sick. I will excuse the first error, but she returned 30 seconds later after taking it off... And im like... "I am allergic... This will make me sick. Can you please make me a nee one" her EXACT answer "oh. The kitchen is closed". Honestly it only got worst from there and we left. Take my advice as a local guide and avoid this location.

The ladies at the bar are incredible. The offered suggestions for our menu choices to make the dishes better. Will come back for sure. Thanks Val and Lisa Marie for a great night!!

This was my first time going to this particular location. When we arrived, the wait wasn't long as it wasn't busy. We were seated and waited a fair amount of time before finally being acknowledged by our server. The drinks and appetizer ordered were brought to our table within a reasonable time frame. The gentleman that brought our main courses to our table wasn't the friendliest and looked miserable to have to serve us. Our server failed to notice that we had no cutlery and we could not begin eating. It took awhile for our server to check in with us and was barely seen throughout the evening. The food was okay. The burger I ordered was bearable for the first few bites then gradually the taste became intolerable as the patty was dry. After passing on ordering dessert, our server didn't bother to ask if we would like the bill. She took our dessert menus and disappeared. We sat at the table waiting for our server to come back to ask for the bill. No tip was given as we received poor service. Overall, the dining experience was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and we felt neglected. This is the first and the last time that I will be visiting this location and potentially Kelsey's altogether.

I go here with friends occasionally for a quick bite and a drink before going to the cineplex nearby. Servers have always been friendly, food is decent and quality is consistent. Food/service can be slower at peak times, but considering the location that's expected (take that into consideration when making plans).
