I called a couple of days ago regarding reservations for a larger group. I was specific to give date and approx number of attendees. Now, today I’m told you cannot accommodate a larger group?! After we sent the party invite to our guest. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We used to love it there but rest assured not a single one of us 50 ppl and our friends will be visiting your restaurant again. 😡

Was invited to my friend’s birthday. The place is so noisy u cannot hear people across the table. Stake was ok. But starter meal we’ve got after main meal and beers came even later. Over half hour. One waiter takes order, some one else brings it partially. Entire mess! They mixed up all orders. We were happy when we left.

3/5, Because I made a 8:15PM reservation and made sure to mention it was my birthday. We showed up on time, got to our table with outdoor patio chairs (pretty uncomfortable), made sure to say I was vegan (which they did a very good job of accommodating), BUT I never got a “birthday celebration” which I know is the brownie but I would’ve given to my bf for dessert. Plus I literally didn’t get one refill on my water and our waitress took 30 mins to get a dessert to our table, at which point everything was cold. Good thing was that the dessert was free, or else I would’ve made sure it was because it was ridiculous. The whole dinner took 2.5 hours because even though we ordered quickly, getting the waitress to our table took FOREVER, and she wasn’t very pleasant. I just think for a chain that answers the phone with “why aren’t you here yet?” they should make sure that are actually worth the wait. Definitely going to go somewhere else next year. Gave it 3 stars because they gave the late desserts out for free, the food was vegan-accommodated and good, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated when we arrived for our reservation. But honestly the rest of the night was a bust.

We really like this place as the staff is friendly and courteous. The place is nice and clean and we like the atmosphere. They can accomodate groups fairly easy but there might be some restrictions on group size and there is a automatic gratuity charge that get's applied that is quite steep and about which one may want to inquire before booking.

Fairy chill spot. Have had 2 work meetings their. The meals are excellent but the natchos were really plain. Don't get them. Sweet potato fries are fantastic. The paito is open.
