Beer N Wings Sports Grill

If you like Beer and Wings this place might be for you! We came for wing-night (Tuesday) The parking was a bit tight but we made it in! The wings come in many many flavors we got 4 pounds in 4 different flavors. They ware all good! They were a bit cheap on the veggie sticks (Which were extra) giving about 1 carrot and 1 celery stick sliced up! We also ordered some fries they were good. The wait staff were very friendly and it was a nice environment. Prices were reasonable all in all a good outing!

Not too pleased. Seems like every time I order they get my order wrong. Today was the final straw though. I ordered my wings and mozzarella sticks through Yellow Pages and sat waiting for my order. Almost 1 hour after I ordered I get a phone call from the restaurant telling me they can't deliver and that it was a mistake as they didn't remove their page from Yellow Pages ordering system. I was told I can come pick it myself from the restaurant an hour after I've placed the order. I said no, I will not pick it up as I specifically asked for delivery and that regardless of how close the place may be, I don't want to do so. Instead of trying to figure something out, the staff hung up on me. :/ I wouldn't have had a problem picking up the food if they had told me once they got the order that I would have to pick it up rather than an hour after the fact when I was not in a position to do so. It's a shame as I enjoy the wings but this was so frustrating as a regular customer.

It was probably a mistake ordering food here. I've heard the wings are good but maybe those who feel that have different standards. They are edible at best. The food quality overall is lacking and if you plan on eating here, don't. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Went on wing night to watch the Raptors play. Great environment. Food came out quick. One of my favourite places to go for wings, delicious and juicy. Service was great.

Came for the first time tonight after having moved into the area 4 years ago. Firstly, it was apparent the place was understaffed with a single waitress serving 8 tables as well as ferrying food from the kitchen. Her positive attitude and great work ethic is the only reason I bothered tipping. Came in at 7:25pm, got menus and ordered at around 7:35. Two lbs of wings and an order of fries. 8:05 we are told that because we wanted the fries with the wings, it was taking longer than expected. My wife and I were completely perplexed as to that reasoning, but sure. It's been 30 mins and we are hungry. 8:15(40 minutes after ordering) we finally get our wings, but no fries. The wings varied between cold and warm... 8:20 we get our fries which were hot and fresh, making our cold wings stand out even more. In summary, 40 min wait for food after being told it was our fault it was taking so long, then food didn't come at the same time even though that was the apparent hold up. This was by far the worst experience in a bar or restaurant we've had in a 20km radius. I'm making sure my neighbors know to avoid this one like the plague.
