Scotiabank

Personal experience , this Scotia Bank branch has great service. The staffs were friendly and it was a better experience for me . As a student in the hospitality field, I understood that they cared about the clients, and they were eager to help me . Even when I was just sitting and waiting (after I finished with the counter staff) , one of the staffs came by and ask if I needed some help. It was so great to see that they provide the little extra service. P.S. Before I made to decision, I checked the reviews on google map, I thought that the service quality sucked. However, the service turned out to be great, better than expected! Way better than XXXX etc. So be patient, they provide great costumer service.

Horrible waited in line for 55minutes, while the teller was extremely rude!

My experience at Scotia Bank has the best service both on telephone and in banking the wait to see a representative is justify and they helped you like everyday.

The worst bank I've ever Tried to deal with. I attempting to resolve a serious problem when the rude woman on the phone interrupted me and told Me I was being unprofessional because I attempted to stop her from interrupting me...go figure. No one answer the phone so you can't even get help that way. Very sad, very sad...NO customer service either. in a word....Terrible

One of the most terribly run branches! Hours of operation are ludicrous! Customer Services is Terrible! and the manager.......... I have no words. I'm glad you are not my home branch!! If you were, I'd be looking for another bank like TD and RBC
