I find this location up and down. Generally the staff is great, sometimes the tellers are sub par and there are lineups. Had a great experience with the loan officer in the back

I phoned to open an account as it wouldnt take my info online. Well I phoned at 8;05 am and a machine said it would get back to me sometime during the day. Not what I wanted to hear.....

I've been here numerous times. It's hit and miss. I've never had a terrible experience but I've never had an amazing one either, and the lines can be painfully slow if your timing is unlucky.

The tellers are super nice the services are excellent . How ever the loan department is impossible they didn't come look at my location that has no debt they based my loan on my one account that was not in use not my other account I have had for 4 years . I got the feeling they are only willing to helping local and small businesses if they are fully covered on their end as I offered to put up 80 percent of the value of the loan in assets and was still told no ( with no debt at all ) They may as well just put a computer in a little room that you can apply to because that's what it felt like . 2 stars for the tellers and 1 star for the services .

There was a lady teller (i think she was semi-new) in a couple weeks ago who is pretty curt and even rude. She is middle aged and has dyed red hair. She did some sort of 'tick' thing with her tongue to emphasize her rude and sarcastic remarks to me. When I mentioned I had a good chunk of $$ to invest, she said something to the effect of "oooooh, good for YOU!" Unprofessional.
