I would like to complain the incident happened a while ago here in CIBC country club. I have an appointment with Mr. Chaker at 11 am and someone came because they have an appointment too at same time. In my mind, what the? Then Mr. Chaker came and he said he will talk to that couple first for 5-10 mins. Then I said ok? Just 5-10 mins coz my baby and my hubby is waiting at the car. After a minute Mr Chaker asked me to go to another advisor and he will help me (his name is Mr. Charlie i think). When we enter to his room, he said he dont know if we could finnish that coz he have an appointment at 11:30. He asked me if we can booked an appointment for other time? It's better to switch back instead! Worst service ever!
