CIBC Branch & ATM

Staff are friendly but there's never enough staff here when you need to talk to a teller

Customer service is not sufficient: Not sure if this is a branch problem or a greater CIBC problem.... There are often major lineups here...of 15+ people waiting to see tellers. They have cancelled my credit card without notice due to a fraudulent transaction. No email, no phone call...just a cancelled card. I requested some foreign currency recently: I requested large bills, and they delivered a stack of tiny ones. I'm changing my accounts and credit card and investments and business account to another bank.

Went to the branch and open an account . Loose track of time and after standing there for few minutes a Chinese employee approach me and and said they are closed for the day. I'm little bit disappointed I just thought that if you are already there standing they should at least accommodate their customer specially when you're going there to open an account.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS A HUGE LINE DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! I'M SWITCHING TO ANOTHER BANKING COMPANY.
