Insight Holding has been my management company in Cleveland for the last 3 years and will stay for the future. As a California resident it feels great to have a management company that supports me with any issue, collecting rent, and deposit to my bank account on a monthly bases. As a owner of 7 private houses and a 25 units apartment building I can tell that I’m very satisfied with the service I am receiving and it worth the management fee. The fact that someone will always answer the phone or respond to my email immediately make me feel super safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I had a short business engagement with Tina, Tara and Adam the owner of Insight Holdings a few weeks ago and I was struck by the level of commitment and professionalism they showed. I have consequently decided to move all my properties to their management. Highly recommended!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They were the very worst landlords and I was there one year. Update 2021: they have artificially made their overall review score a 4 by paid and biased reviews after mine. I have reported all of the responses to Google to let them know. I reiterate to everyone out there: DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! THEY DECEIVE THE EYE. The water pipes are as old as the building so the water tastes awful, even in the shower. I can go on if you like..... my ceiling leaked FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR! AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME OVER $1000 in fees when we moved out and I had to have the place cleaned before we even moved in, which is illegal. I should have taken them to court but I needed to be done with it mentally.

I have been a tenant of them for a few years now, professional service always respond on a timely Manner and getting things done. Also referred other tenants and we are all very satisfied. I highly recommend
