Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of employees at this branch. Arrangements were made to set up an account and after arriving, no appointment was upheld. We were just advised that there was no assistance they could offer. Glad your branch did not help this disabled person as they had the opportunity to go to another bank and were treated great.

Terrible service. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt as their rating is only 3.2 via google review. Definitely can see why.

Not a very good location. The people seem miserable and don't follow presidence of other Scotiabank locations. The employees are not very forthcoming of features you are eligible for to improve your overall experience with Scotiabank. I definitely recommend the Queenston location or the big one downtown. They'll help you out a lot more and the customer service is much better. The hours of Scotia in general are horrendous, and this location is worse than others. If you work and get paid Saturday through Wednesday, you're basically screwed.

How are working people supposed to put money in the bank with these hours....You are making my credit union look better,and better everyday.Good business is when you look after the people who invest in you. POOR,POOR business practice......Not impressed.
