They says they will provide doc 2-3 business days and takes 15 days to provide important docs so it's frustrating Second I needed just bank profile letter for UK immigration, a representative was removing bank details from the bank profile letter, so how UK immigration contact to bank if they need to ask something. So, it's more and more frustrating. Totally dissatisfied with the bank service

Extremely rude staff. Got to get things done fast? Not here, expect 20+ minutes in line with only 2 tellers open on the busiest days of the month while people are lining up outside the door. Avoid this branch like the plague! Never had such a disappointing experience banking with CIBC until I hit this branch.
