This is the worst bank branch that I've had to deal with in more than 30 years. Long line ups for the tellers and half of them are trainees who don't know what they're doing. Absolutely the worst!

This branch is really garbage!!! Went there for a transaction - making an existing account become a joint one. These guys couldn't do it. Are really INCOMPETENT!!! Went to another SCOTIA BRANCH in Hamilton itself. My work was done as efficiently as possible.

Went in to talk to someone about obtaining a line of credit. The first thing the teller says to me is "You will need your parents to cosign." I am in my 30's and for all she knows my parents have passed away. I feel this was very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable to explain why it was not possible.
