Agree with the comment worst branch ever in my experience solar:))))) My friend went there last weekend for her bank statement, n the lady told her that she'll get the mail after 2-3 days but haven't get it until today. She just went there this morning and the same lady told her she haven't sent the request yet (probably just forgot:)))) cuz my friend's request still on her desk) to come back @2:00pm to grab her document. Since my friend works in the restaurant near there, she asked her boss for 15 minutes off to get that document n still the same lady just told my friend that she has to go to the branch she started her account:))))))) WHAT THE HECK WRONG WITH YOU GUYS WHY DIDN'T U JUST TELL HER LAST WEEKEND???????? n u guys even don't know her study permit is almost expired. JUST BECAUSE OF U GUYS:)

I stood in line for 30 minutes in total on Dec 27th, 2016. When it came to my turn, a teller who was blond and maybe European asked to serve me. I go up to the counter and she was gone helping another teller with a transaction without telling me she was leaving. I waited for her and in the meantime 2 other ladies were waiting for her at the side probably for some more major banking issues. Without telling me again she started serving them. I told her that I was waiting awhile and she said "just a minute." In the meantime, the line cleared behind me. I went back in to the line seeing no hope with this rep. The customer who was with her asked her to serve me first. She replied "don't worry about it!" This is when I lost it said a few harsh words and left. All I needed to do was change some large bills to smaller bills. I proceeded to call the Branch Manager who was on vacation. It has been a week and still have not received a response. I am now going to proceed to take this matter to the corporate head office. Very disappointed with not only lack of customer service but I feel disrespected!

I'm an international student, I'm working here in Canada and even though I understand they have to verify my paychecks it is absurd that simple things as paying my rent or paying my college tuition becomes so difficult. Yesterday I asked for a hold to be reeased since it was my deadline to pay my tuition. Basically the lady who said was the supervisor said she couldn't do anything and I said it was urgent she stood up and left me with another staff member. How am I suppsed to react to this? I thought you guys were supposed to help people like me thats exactly why I have an student account and you make it way more difficult. Another story with the people in the call center they are super nice and really do they best to help in any way they can. But the things I've done directly in the branch is really really lacking of help. No good for a person like me. Definetly going to find another bank or branch after I pay what I am suppoused to pay

Very unsatisfied. Originally we dealt with a lovely advisor who helped us put together then later renew our mortgage. Since her departure our experiences with her replacements have done nothing but destroy our confidence in this branch. We are moving as I am writing this. Seriously considering moving banks altogether.

Excellent service and Anna solved a difficult issue for me over bill payments. I have banked here over 20 years and although the service is occasionally slow due to the location in a busy mall, it's always professional
