Financial advisor neglected to file tax return for 2 years consequently.causing penalties , fines and interest and reassessments .to incur over a period of time . Found out he mishandled another previous filing . He was given the opportunity to rectify this . He didn’t . It has now been escalated . An apology , but still awaiting reimbursement . Never again with CANFIN.
