Worst staff ever I don't recommend this bank to anyone they pretty much scammed me for 250$ stay away from financial advisor Saad he is a fraud

Newer branch. Staff are great and try hard for service. Customer reps in the east offices are hard to get a hold of, so after 4 days, I just used a different branch.

my membership expired on may 2017 they continued taking money on june july august and september this is not a trustable institution

Had an appointment in regards to the investment portfolio & RESP with Saad Madhani. It was clear that he had not done any research or prep for the appointment and kept recommending us to give him time so he can get the answers ready for us. He said he will reach out earlier this week but there has been no update - we moved to the 2196 Lakeshore location (their service is much better. They have done enough research aka called in Scotia's RESP call centre etc). Very disappointing service and unprofessional behaviour.

Saad was rude and not helpful at all. I wish Scotiabank can help me out.
