There was a long line-up and I agreed to come back in a half hour, and it was still busy, but they did get me in as agreed, and there were some difficulties but thanks to a great rep and his area manager, everything turned out well. They were very thorough and friendly so despite a few glitches beyond their control at the pavilion, I would give them five stars - the actual free accounts - that's another five stars :)
