Joke! place! Horrible customer service as Cloverdale branch location - extremely high turnover of staff there as well. Over last few years my 'financial adviser' (using that term very loosely) has changed about 3 times. You can never get a hold of anyone at the branch - all voicemails say to contact someone else who is also not available or out of office or no longer there. The adviser listed on my online account hasn't been there for months! Unreturned voice messages left numerous times. So glad I moved all of my investments to another financial institution.

Worst customer service ever seen , it’s bad joke on the name of Customer serivce . Lines are longer then a train and idiot comes and tell u to wait for business customers area and then you don’t get served for an hour. Never giving business to this branch again.

Opened a RRSP, and they did a hard credit check. Never told me, did not consent. Totally not cool. Will be following up with a complaint.

Note at this location the ABM machines are not accessible 24/7 only during the mall hours even though metro is 24hrs

Terrible branch and very bad customer service. Don't go to this branch because they are rude and you have to wait for a long time for things.
