Poor customer service experience. Lack of information and misinformation provided by teller. Have been with the bank for awhile. Noted several unnecessary charges on my account. Better to bank elsewhere.

We do out business banking here and have an excellent relationship with the staff. Anytime we need assistance we get it quickly and professionally.

I just tried to call the branch and had to go through their automated phone system. It is the biggest waste of time and the most aggravating system I have ever had to use. It seriously makes me reconsider banking with Scotiabank. I had a question that could be answered in 10 seconds by a person. Instead I had to waste time going through multiple layers and keying in my card number, etc and still could not speak to a person or get my question answered. Completely the worst.
