Extremely Disappointed with Service at Bolton Scotiabank BranchnnI’ve been a loyal Scotiabank customer for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced such poor service as I did at the Bolton branch. When I went in for a simple transaction that didn’t go through on my account, one of the advisors told me that he couldn’t help me because he didn’t “know me personally.” This is completely unacceptable. You don’t need to know someone personally to provide a service his name is Robin, especially to a long-term customer like myself. I’ve been to many different branches over the years and never had this issue. Teller was also very rude not even take the time to understand the request.

Terrible bank and managers. My husband was able to open an account with the exact forms of ID I brought and they wouldn’t open my account. The issue seemed to occur when my Indian Status Card was seen. Horrible experience do not recommend this place

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the young lady who helped was good, the so called helpers were the most rude people I have ever met. I think this is the price you pay when you are aperson of color. I have been to other branches of Scotiabank many times, was never treated or rather I would humiliated like this just for not updating my address on the file. customer service is all about tackling your customers politely but none of them have this quality at this branch. Even, one white lady who was a customer herself budged into my business and was speaking for the staff and the staff didn’t even stop her. The brown guy in the staff smirked when I confirmed my job title to add to the file as if I am kid making up things. Please refrain from visiting this branch, I might even switch my bank after this because who wants this free stress and dealing with people who are so unprofessional. I see so many bad reviews here wonder if there was ever any disciplinary action takentowards them.

I did an appointment before I went to this branch. I'm grateful to my advisor S.B he assists me well. The transaction was very fast.
