CIBC ATM

September 2022- just visited this branch this morning and I can’t say enough about the customer service received. We were greeted upon entry and were helped by an associate immediately so we did not have to wait in line for a teller. Outstanding customer service and fastest in-person banking I have experienced in years.

Shirya helped us with a few bill payments today. She was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this branch, we have never had a problem.

Should be negative 5 stars. Worst CIBC location known on planet earth. Don’t waste ur time coming here. The General Manager Grace Forster is an uneducated fool & CIBC should feel ashamed of having her as the GM.

Scam. They hold my paycheque so I can't pay my bills and go into overdraft. I deposited it 7 and a half days ago and they're still holding it. I have no money left after they started holding it for a whole week and could never recover. Stay far away from these legalized robbers.

Very bad experience. If this review allowed no star rating I would give this. I went to this branch to do a withdrawal for RESP one week prior before the tuition was due. Aga Gasowska-Kirby was the financial advisor that helped me with this. She processed the paperwork and was told the funds will be available in 2-3 working days. This would be the Wednesday at the latest. On Wednesday there was no funds deposited and the tuition was due Friday. I tried calling the bank and sending an email direct to Aga. She did not return my call. I tried reaching the bank only to get their answering machine. I finally was able to talk to someone after calling CIBC 800 line and they were able to connect me with this branch. What I found out was Aga was not available all day but did not indicate this on her voice mail or email. I just wanted everyone to know if you want to avoid frustration, incompetence and lack of professionalism please do not trust them with your important financial care.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Very poor service. They are not able to do anything beyond VERY basic transactions. If you need assistance for any matter other than a VERY basic transaction, this is not the place to go. They will not help you and you will end up wasting your time and energy. Don’t come here. There’s other branches with competent staff.

Complete wast of time. waited 30min to be seen when I was told a 10min wait. provided all corp documents to open an account. Gentlemen tells me I need a letter from my lawyer. Walked into TD same day with the same documents account was opened.

This location offers a very very attentive and kind branch manager.this is how you ensure that if you encounter errors which happens time to time ,staff at this location take the matter seriously. Thumbs up for Grace and team members at this location.

Worst bank out there! My restate deal couldn’t close bc their system was down. They offered no compensation and told me to call Cusomt support Customer support was not helpful at all
