One of the worst locations I've ever banked with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially Marty, she is fully incompetent and proud of it

Got prompt service. Sylvia was very helpful and she explained every step of the process.

Tried to make a deposit at the ABM but one of my bills was not accepted for whatever reason so I had to go to the one of the tellers. Unfortunately for me I was served by Marty who I found to be incredibly rude, unprofessional, and frankly lacks any sense of emotional intelligence. Not to mention she basically tossed my receipt at me and said nothing when I thanked her for the transaction. I can only hope I never have the displeasure of interacting with her ever again. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I had a wonderful experience with one of the advisor, Sylvia D'Souza. She explained us everything for the gic account. I am really thankful to her and recommend to all our international students to get advice from her. I am giving five out of five stars

Complicated banking accounts, momentum account's yearly no withdraw interest rate is much less than you expected. High service charges, it costed us $30 for just closing three accounts at the same time for three bank drafts. Why don't ask or suggest us to group one draft?

1 have been a customer for over 30 years and have been treated with the same respect that I give them. They have always been helpful and kind. Access to atm machine's after hour's have always been available whenever I go.

Joke! place! Horrible customer service as Cloverdale branch location - extremely high turnover of staff there as well. Over last few years my 'financial adviser' using that term very loosely has changed about 3 times. You can never get a hold of anyone at the branch - all voicemails say to contact someone else who is also not available or out of office or no longer there. The adviser listed on my online account hasn't been there for months! Unreturned voice messages left numerous times. So glad I moved all of my investments to another financial institution.

Good service received from Aziz..listened very well and explained very well.I will go back to him for any other financial planning needs.The wait time was acceptable given that it was a Saturday walk in appointment.Very clean and spacious location as well.
