WOW!! The personal service that I have received, on more than a few occasions, from XIN YU LOU at this branch has been exceptional!. I am very pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail he has with regards to us and our accounts. Thank you Xin :)

Huge lineup with only 2 tellers at 10am. Have been waiting for 30 minutes and i am still no.3 on the line. Looks like everyone with problems come to this branch. Don't waste your time here and try another place.

Worst service ever brenda L@ung. Is a real piece of work I'm stuck in Vancouver waiting For a connecting flight just needed an over draft she said I need a t4 I'm on a business trip. Who travels with a t4, I guess I have to. I've been with the Royal Bank of Canada for 26 years. Loyalty counts for nothing with brenda, one stranded disappointed customer.

Overall this branch is good, but my god one of their account manager, Brenda, an asian woman is the worest RBC account manager I ever met. Unpatient, unprofessional, and great temper. Try not use her service, it only bring you anger
