RBC Royal Bank

I had some non-standard items to handle in settling an estate. A major challenge for an outfit as big and as heavily regulated as the Royal Bank. The staff at this branch made a major effort to help me out. I very happy with the service that they provided.

Poorest quality service I've received in a RBC. The male manager who wears glasses is not willing to take time to resolve issues and talks very rudely to clients. The employees there get a bad rap for the reputation of the branch. They should apply to transfer to ANY other branch where those managers are not. Always huge line up's....

If there is a chance to give 0 star I will give 0 star to this branch. I wasted my time and they made a wrong transaction. I came back 2 days later and the employees have no idea how to handle wrong transactions. they couldnt even answer my questions and at the end I canceled my transaction all by myself. It took 1 hour and 27 minutes. wow what a great experience and customer service. right now I am in the line one more time. there are 20 people and 2 cashiers. The line moves too slow. I come here because it is located very closed to my home but I will not coming here again. an ATM or Online banking is much more capable than this Branch. ... In my previous experience they told me they can give special interest rate(I dis not requested, they offered). I waited 5 minutes to check the rate. at the end they told me they can provide 0.5% interest rate which is already possible to use at online banking. when I told them it is already exisisting service via online banking they were looking at me like they hear it for the first time. so annoying branch. do not come here. ... I just want to end my comment with advantages of the branch. there are some seats. you can seat and relax.

People who work there are lovley but its got a long wait time for the most part.
