Thank you for great customer service. When we open an account lady didnt mention the important detail of the plan and Lady who open our account ask us to give full points in survey. Is it best level of service you provide.?

I did not choose the Royal Bank at 49th, I had authority for someone else's account.  The Royal Bank certainly checked all my papers very thoroughly.  I then needed access to their safety deposit box...another hurdle.

However, the assistant manager really extended himself to help me.  And recently there was a new teller from Russia who was extremely pleasant.  I think because this bank has to handle business in many languages that people who stand out for their skills are often transferred.  And just as you rejoice that you have found someone who is exemplary, they are transferred.

It goes on and on...evidently they have charged me annually for a safety deposit I cancelled 4 years ago  Can you phone the bank...so sorry it's your problem.  Stand in line.

Couldn't deposit cash at counter because over a dozen people was waiting in line and only 2 counters were open; deposited at their ATM machine, came back with a notice with 400+ dollars short
