The owners were very nice people but the price to stay there was ridiculous. We had 1 tent. 4 people my wife, my 14 year old son my 11 year old daughter and me all staying in the same tent on a small site with zero privacy. They charged me $35 for the spot for the night PLUS $10 extra for each of my kids? We all stayed in the same tent, shouldn't it have just been about $25 for the site for the 1 night we stayed? They also charged $20 for a shallow wheel barrow load of firewood for the night. Which was fine with us. But to pay $55 for 1 night in a tent site is a bit much. People were nice, campground was old but in a beautiful spot on the ocean but we felt it was overpriced. Hope this helps your decision making.

This was an old run down tacky place, the very old narrow pier has a sign saying, beware walk on at your own risk. Theirs not much up there for campgrounds and they will take advantage of that with a big smile he will charge you $$$ and he doesn't have much to offer. The stars were for the viewRooms: 1/5

This is a great place to go camping while fishing out of port hardy. Rustic camping but they have everything you need. Great people and beautiful area. Fishing is amazing.
