Ramen cafe with relaxing atmosphere. I think the one I ordered was made with fish based broth. There was form made by egg on the top of ramen. As a ramen it is a light and not too greasy. good for the person who is not a big eater. There is a small shop corner in the restaurant.
Japanese-owned ramen restaurant in the Mile End. If you ever have a ramen craving : you can check this place out, they make shoyu based noodles. They also have vegan options as well only a few places do. The staff is super nice and the menu is simple to read. I had an unfortunate power outage when my meal arrived on the table great timing I know, so I had to eat in the dark. The employees were still thoughtful enough and were courteous throughout the end of the meal. I will definitely come back to try other ramens since I enjoyed the overall experience minus the
We were very happy with our bowls of hearty ramen! We were also given two portions of their frozen ramen to try out at home which ended up being very good too. There's a shop area where I was able to find some Blue Mountain coffee beans among other neat things. The dining room had just reopened so it wasn't too busy and provided just the right environment for a quiet lunch.
Authentic Japanese ramen. Nice combination of aroma, taste, texture. This store is owned by Japanese, which they put so much effort on creating the recepés. The soup is made from scratch. I simply love the unique flavour of the ramen.
Very nice ramen place. The inside is very nice and attractive. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The Ramen is amazing, the broth is quite unusual as it is made with chicken. But it is very delicious and flavorful. Only suggestion for improvement, usually when we order Ramen, we got it in less than 10 minutes. In Nakamichi, we got our bowl after 25 minutes.
My favorite ramen place in Montreal They have few options in their menu but the quality of the food is incredible. Try their ice matcha latte, it is amazing Never getting bored of visiting them!
I hate to rate a 3 because the service was super friendly and the ramen was good, but the menu was quite limited and the ramen was not very authentic. The noodles were a little thick and heavy, and the they used red onions instead of green. Normally we would have rated this restaurant a 4, but they sold no beer/drinks and were very limited on their side menu items. The disappointment for me was the dirty noren curtain to the kitchen. The broth was tasty, all chicken based. Many people might find the tasty ramen a 4-5 star experience, but after 8 years living in Tokyo our expectations are high.
After walking past this restaurant frequently, i finally decided to check out its ramen. I had the spicy ramen and my first impression of the broth is that it is creamy and has a umami taste of seafood! It is unlike many other ramen that I have tasted so that it is pretty unique. The noodles are well cooked and it was a nice experience overall.
Very good ramen, spicy broth was smooth and decisive. It has a great flavour and good portion size. I’ve been twice and will go again.
I was reluctant to go because I didn't know what to expect, but I ate the Rouge + oeuf ramen and it was delicious. The broth is rich, quite spicy and the noodles were perfect. The service is polite and attentive. The ambiance is chill with hip-hop Japanese songs playing. I will go back again
