I have been a loyal customer at this Lynn Valley location for years, largely because of the convenience and inclusivity it offered through the PetParker units. This service allowed dog owners like myself to shop comfortably while knowing our pets were safe. It was a unique community-focused feature, and it’s one of the main reasons I chose to shop here despite more affordable grocery options nearby.nnUnfortunately, the recent removal of both PetParker units has eliminated what made this location stand out. It’s disappointing to see the store take away a service that not only supported local customers but also strengthened its image as a community-oriented business. Without it, there is little reason for me to continue shopping here, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.nnA real missed opportunity for a company that positions itself as community-first.

I really enjoy shopping at this Save-On-Foods. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. What makes this location special is the staff. A huge thank you to Shirley for her amazing service and kindness. I also want to mention how helpful it is that there are Persian-speaking staff members here; it makes the experience much more comfortable and welcoming for the community. Professional, friendly, and highly recommended!

Worst save on foods.nI have even expressed concerns in the past but managers do not leave messages and call during work hours so they clearly do not care.nRude staff. Very unorganized and cluttered and staff will never move for you.nnMold on produce and cheese.nnI will never go here again. They keep showing how little they care.

The store runs smoothly, but Hayden at the checkout really stood out. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind, and his positive attitude honestly made my day. Excellent customer service all around.

I usually walk a 3 km round trip to get groceries and exercise the dog. Now that Save-On corporate has decided to remove the PetParkers, I have started walking a 10 km round trip to Real Canadian Superstore where there is still a PetParker and my dog can be safe while I shop. Thanks to Pattison Food Group as my dog and I will be fitter and probably save money on groceries.
