Not sure why the reviews are so low for this location, I've been here a thousand times and never had a bad experience. The staff is great, the location is well stocked, and I often buy vinyl albums here. Love this location, and very pleased with the customer service and quality of goods that I've purchased.

This location used to be great but it's going downhill, the tech department in particular. Booked an appointment to have an iPhone battery replaced but when I arrived they informed me they didn't have it. They then asked I come back the following day when it would be in stock. When I returned it took close to 30 minutes to do the paperwork and then they informed me it would be 6 hours to replace the battery instead of the 2 hours the day before. I promptly asked for the phone back and took it to the Apple store downtown where they replaced the battery in 90 minutes.

Visit as of August 2022. Freshly painted parking lot! Love it. Plenty of parking space but trust me, all these spots is sometimes occupied on busy days. One of the best locations of London drugs. Store is well kept and usually the items I buy are alwways stocked. Most staff are friendly. I also use postal service once in awhile. I like that even though there is a self checkout, the cashiers are still well staffed so there is hardly any wait in the line as you pay. Great store to shop to! Lots of other services offered as well.

I went to the photo lab, staff were friendly and they had my passport photos in less than 30 min. During the 30 min I walk around the store and find really good products, it was clean, staff was friendly and always ask if I need something.

They left three of us at the passport photo area before they realized no one was there to take the photos, then when I came back the next day they gave me someone else’s passport photos and I had to get mine retaken because they lost mine. Then, when I was picking up my retake, they tried putting it in an envelope with someone else’s name on it.. The only redeeming thing was that they re-took my photo quickly
