So delicious. Definitely your above average pizza. The cinnamon dessert pizza was a hit! The kids loved the tropical, pepperoni, cheese and cream pizza! We travelled to Sicily and Italy, it’s not quite that kind of pizza, but these guys do pizza very well if you want a crowd pleasing offering. The delivery guy was very pleasant. Thank you so much!
Got fed up with their competitor being almost 2 hours late to deliver. Tried this place several times now, absolutely thrilled with the high quality, and great tasting pizza. Tried the Maui Waui Chicken pizza on last visit. So yummy! I will be back for more pizza in the future.
We will no longer be ordering from Sarpino’s. We ordered about a month ago and we were left quite disappointed. Dry, barely any sauce or cheese and extremely overcooked. We tried to take the high road and reach out to Sarpino’s privately though their Customer Service to hopefully resolve the issue but after a few emails back and forth promising to make it better, nothing happened. I am not sure what they expect in a situation like this…are we expected to spend another $70 for two large pizzas and salads and “hope” that they are decent? Some kind of discount would have been great…free pizzas would have been awesome but we have been hugely patient still with no response so no thanks! We will now go elsewhere. Customer service from this location reached out to us and asked for my phone number to resolve the issue. After giving my phone number I waited WEEKS to be contacted and STILL no contact. So to that I say thanks but no thanks
Frozen or barely fresh what was it! Ordered 4 pizza’s and a Greek salad. Pizza’s were mediocre at best! One of the 4 seemed a bit better “Primo Spicy Capicola” Greek Salad came with a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, NEVER HAVE I EVER had balsamic dressing in Greek Salad! Just don’t order unless you are looking for a fill the gap pit in your stomach!
Just had their pizza for the first time and it was pretty good. Not greasy or overly sauced, like some of the "chain" pizza places are. I'd definitely try it again.
First time trying this place and we were not disappointed. Pizza was incredible with lots of toppings and perfectly cooked. Had the Greek salad too and it was great maybe just a few too many olives but all round really great. We’ll be back
the delivery time on the website said 45 minutes when placing your order but after you hit submit you are given a new time of 90 minutes. The delivery actually took longer than the stated 90 minutes so when the food arrived it was cold. The chicken bites were overcooked: dry and tasteless and we weren't that impressed with the Donairs either for a number of reasons. That said, the pizza was good; hence the 2 star rating. When I left a negative review on their site, it was deleted!
Honestly a pretty underwhelming experience. Pizza tasted fine ordered the Tuscan chicken feast, was ready in time, and the front desk service was friendly... However it was barely hot when we ate it which was right after we picked it up, and was pretty skimpy on toppings. Whole thing maybe had 5 or 6 small pieces of artichoke on it, and the chicken was lacking too. Was really looking forward to my first time trying this place but ultimately was underwhelmed.
Best Pizza in Parksville by far. If you order online you get 50% off on a 2nd pizza of equil or lesser value. Nothing fancy about the location. Clean and staff are welcoming.Food: 5/5
