Panago Pizza

My husband and I along with another couple were spending the night in the area and found ourselves hungry at around 10pm. The young guys at Panago were super friendly and allowed us to sit at their little bar and eat our pizza.

Anytime I ask them to specifically call me before a delivery, they consistently fail to call prior to delivery. This leads to many problems for me, and I'm not impressed. They always say "Sorry, I missed your note." At the door. So which one is it? You read it and didn't decide to phone me like I asked? Or you're incompetent. Either way, they never do what I ask in the special delivery order. ALL I WANT IS A PHONECALL PRIOR TO LEAVING. I've been using this location for over 3 years. I apologize if this seems petty, but as a customer, this is the only thing I ever ask for is a phone call.

The last two times I’ve ordered, I’ve gotten the wrong pizza. If you order a pizza from them, you’re better off creating your own because they clearly don’t check the customizations if you choose a specific type of pizza. I’ve wasted my money twice now. :

The Parksville,BC Panago really needs to get new staff. They are way to young to be working without adult supervision! I didn't even get my pizza as I was almost hit by two of the very young delivery drivers in the parking lot and then they both denied that they almost hit me. The young supervisor in the store couldn't even listen to what my concern was as both kids were interrupting me. I will never use this location again!

Ever since I moved to Nanoose Bay, I have always ordered from Panago. The delivery guy always arrives before the given time. Amazing Pizza and great customer service. Absolutely in love with this place!

Always are in time , i love the chicken club and the people are chill. Love the ranch you guys have i be spilling it all down my chin dripping everywhere while i laugh.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use this restuarant as my pizza and salad go to if Im not feeling particularly energetic in the supper making department. Give it a go and you won't be disappointed

I usually never have any issues with Panago however last week I placed an order for delivery and only received half of my order. I called the store but unfortunately they closed. Meant to call back the next day but it slipped my mind until a week later and was told because 72 hrs went by they weren’t going to rectify the mistake… I know times are tough these days but it’s not ok to steal from customers

Usually my favorite place to get quick pizza. A couple weeks ago i ordered online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at the store and they had people waiting well over an hour in the store to pickup. It was absolute chaos. Had no choice but to abandon my order.
