This pizza hit is a myth i swear it doesn’t even exist. Everytime i try to get a pizza its closed or they have no delivery driver. Its been over 3 years and i have been trying and trying. There is no point to dine in since its so small and it would be awkward to be seen by the ghost staff eating my none existing pizza. Maybe one day someone will give me the password to access pizza from parksville pizza hut
Very good pizza. Wish they were open alot more but like most businesses around here they have staffing shortages
Edit: not sure what happened in the last couple of years but the pizza has gotten a lot better, same with the service. Keep it up! : No one ever answers the phone. Internet ordering is always turned off.. managers words not mine. Save yourself the trouble and order pizza from literally any other pizza place around the Oceanside area.
Gave us the wrong pizzas at pick up, and wouldn’t refund them or deliver the right ones to us. Dietary restrictions: Do not pay attention to allergies
Wow what can i say, good pizza but hardly open, if you want pizza any day that isn't Thursday Friday or Saturday and after 6pm on those days choose somewhere else. I have been a big fan of PH in then past but this lack of availability is very concerning. Was told it's due to staffing issues but this seems unprofessional and a good way to run yourself out of business as there are other pizza establishments in this community with better operating hours. Good luck pizza hut hopefully you survive the franchise wars.
Never opened. Not sure if they realize most people just get home around 6 from work. About the time they close. Loss of business. I get short staffed but why do the other pizza places stay opened In town later then this place. So disappointing
Closes at dinner time, like 7 or 630 most nights. I've tried to order 3 times while their regular hours say they are open and they've declined my order or just closed with no warning to customers. I can understand a shortage of workers but this alas been long running over a few months now. I'm picking up the pizza most times so it's not that they don't have drivers or anything. Seems to be just lazy and rude staff. If you don't want to work there then quit.
Worst place ever!!! Never open and when they are it's for 5 hours. Can never order online. If you can't staff it I get it but it just gets frustrating when I think I can finally order pizza hut only to fi d out I can't. I hate to say it but this location at wembley mall should be shut down!!!! Horrible horrible pizza hut has been since I moved over here 3 years ago and they were fully staffed then and still were horrible. WORST PIZZA EVER
The manager is a loose cannon!! We ordered from a flyer that we received in the mail that was good till April 2021. The manager called and said we ripped her till off and would not even let my husband say anything. Now she said we are banned from ordering food from there. Really great customer service not very professional. We called the complaint line. Maybe she needs a holiday. Life is to short to be so angry let's be kind to each other especially in these times.
This place is the worst Pizza Hut in the entire world. It’s always randomly closed at 7pm without warning, I’ve more than once ordered a pizza and come on time to pick it up and find that they’ve just left without calling to cancel the order. If they are open the order is always wrong or undercooked or something. Giving a horrible name to an otherwise great franchise. These guys need to be addressed by corporate. Horrible management.
