Third and final time. Food was hot and on time at least this time. Burnt not cooked well. Very dry. I expect better for an 8” pizza, yes 8” only at $32 bucks that includes $5 delivery fee and 15% tip and mediocre gluten free crust, 4 topping. Sorry I didn’t take a pic with all of it

Zero stars isn’t an option. After being seated for 20 minutes and watching 5 waitresses with 6 tables. Not a single person came to deliver menus, take drink orders or acknowledge that we seated by the Hostess yes that now makes 6 staff for 6 tables. After 20 minutes we left and enjoyed a great meal at Ricky’s down the street and yes the service was great.
My U18 hockey team and parents had a game in Parksville and needed somewhere to eat lunch. I called to reserve and got a prompt response from the manager Russ. With only a few days notice I was told "yes! No problem!" and given a couple of options for a reservation for 30+ people. Upon arrival, everything was set up, we were greeted with many smiles, and staff was more than helpful! Food was perfect, staff was wonderful and accommodating to us all and this was by far the easiest lunch/dinner I have planned for my team all season. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!
First time coming to this Boston pizza in a year or so. Ordered 8 piece boneless bites and a small deluxe pizza. We waited for awhile for our order. When we finally got our food. Both were just warm , order was probably sitting in the kitchen for awhile. Our waitress didn't come to our table once to ask how the food is. And then we waited for awhile for her to finally come back and asked if we wanted anything else. I said we have been waiting for awhile. I said just my son's ice cream. Even after that she took awhile to come back with the bill. I checked the bill out and she tried charging us for a medium pizza. And I told her we had a small pizza not a medium. So people check your bill , who knows how many times they try over charge
One of my favorite days I order from here is on Tuesdays as they have pasta Tuesday. Good prices for pasta dishes on this day. I usually order it as take out and the last three times I have ordered the person on the phone has got it wrong every time. I have asked three times now for spaghetti marinara and have picked up my order, came home, opened up the container to spaghetti Bolognese. Although they are both good pastas, I specifically wanted to eat only vegetarian for those times. It's disappointing that an order so simple can be mistaken for something else. Now I have to check every time I pick up my order before leaving...
Boston Pizza feels like a fast food resturaunt with longer waiting times and crazy prices. The pizza was okay but tasted like something from dominoes and was certainly overpriced. The few times that my Classic Calimari was actually calimari and not just deep fried batter, it was not bad, but once again, not worth the price tag. I won't return because it just isn't worth the cost. I can get better food for half the price around town.
Was there on Saturday night short notice with a hockey team, the 2 servers did an amazing job, food was hot, on time and the drinks were never empty. Thank you for making our night enjoyable, another restaurant in town the night before couldn't even come close to your service. Vegetarian options: veg pizza and other options Kid-friendliness: treated our kids very well Parking: Lots of parking
Great pizza as always at BP ! Nice friendly wait staff . Good selection on the menu , food and beverages . Everything is clean , tables ,menus , floors and washrooms . Highly recommend . You won't be disappointed .Food: 5/5
The staff were amazing. Took so much extra time with every question and went above and beyond. The food was just so so. I guess being a large chain there isn’t much that I should expect. The quality just wasn’t there
