Sariwon Korean BBQ Restaurant

Here is a great example of a genuine Korean barbecue restaurant. Unlike many such places in Eastern York Region where the owners are actually Chinese and only try to mimic the Hanguk feel, Sariwon is actually owned and operated by Koreans. Their menu though is catered to Chinese speakers as well as native Koreans and they have a high degree of service and food quality. Need not to say more, I absolutely enjoyed my time here and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Our friends had their baby's 1 year birthday here. Was a great venue for it. We had the upstairs to ourselves and the food was buffet style. There was not good than we could possibly eat and the selection was delicious. Everyone was stuffed and satisfied. Food was slightly delayed though but not by too much. Everything seemed organization and service was good.

Probably one of the most authentic Korean restaurants in Toronto. Good quality of food with reasonable price. Service is great. Their K-BBQ (Kalbi) is to die for. I would definitely go back.

Food is good, customer service is horrible. They wouldn't give me more lettuce after one time. I would recommend bringing your own lettuce. They also wouldn't give you water even after kindly asking for some more. They would also not give you more side dish after the first round. If you want to come here I would recommend another Korean BBQ down the street.
